The majority of our coffee in Honduras is from small, mountain-farms that each have their own distinct micro-climate, allowing for diverse coffee profiles to emerge. With the perfect climate to cultivate a wide variety of coffee plants, the flavor possibilities are endless! We value not only the end product, but the odyssey each bean takes from the origin to your home.
